Sacrament messages:
--Stand in holy places. Watch our thoughts, where we hang out, what we do, who we hang out with.
--Strive to be a good source of gospel soil (see Alma 32:28-43).
Sunday school:
--Be on guard for false prophets and those who criticize the church (like Korihor from Alma 30).
Elders Quorum:
-- Elder Craig Yugawa shared some of his experiences from his just-completed mission in South Africa
--Look for opportunities to share the Gospel. (George Albert Smith --Lesson manual chapter 14)
